By using the Remir website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use it for unlawful activity.

Remir sells limited drop polos and related apparel. Product photos, colors, sizing, stock counts, pricing, and descriptions are shown as accurately as possible, but small differences can happen because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing, or photography.

A product shown on the site is not guaranteed to be available. We may limit quantities, cancel suspicious orders, correct listing errors, or stop selling a product at any time.

Orders are accepted only after payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Prices, shipping costs, taxes, and any available discounts are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, shipping, and billing information. If information is wrong or incomplete, shipment may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping, delivery, final sale, and limited refund terms are handled under the Shipping & Final Sale Policy. All purchases are final sale, and Remir does not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, color preference, change of mind, or accidental orders.

If an order cannot ship within the promised time, Remir will provide an updated date or a cancellation/refund option where required.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

The Remir name, site design, product photography, content, graphics, and other content are owned by Remir or used with permission. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or use site content for another business without written permission.

The site is provided as-is and as-available. Remir does not promise the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at every moment.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Remir disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Remir is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to your use of the site or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Remir's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that caused the claim.

Remir may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
